See exactly why your internet bill went up.
Compare two bills. BillShift highlights every recognized price change and turns it into a support checklist — without uploading your statements.
From two statements to one clear conversation.
The first release deliberately solves one job. It does not negotiate, switch providers, or make claims about illegal charges.
- 1
Paste two bills
Copy text from your previous and current internet statements after removing personal details.
- 2
Compare every charge
BillShift matches recurring lines, additions, removals, discounts, fees, and total changes.
- 3
Verify, then act
Review the source lines and copy a focused checklist for chat or phone support.
Privacy is part of the product.
Your bill can contain a name, address, account number, phone number, and payment information. The Canary therefore compares pasted text locally and never asks for a provider password or PIN.
Read the privacy noticeStart with the question people actually search.
BillShift is testing two narrow U.S. entry points first. Each guide returns to the same comparison tool instead of creating thin, duplicate pages.
Know the limits before you use the result.
Does BillShift upload or store my bill?+
No. In this Canary version, comparison runs entirely in your browser tab. Bill text is not sent to BillShift, an AI provider, or an analytics service.
How do I copy text from a bill PDF?+
Open the PDF, select all text, copy it, and paste one statement into each box. Remove your name, address, account number, phone number, and payment details first. Scanned image-only PDFs are not supported yet.
Is every result guaranteed to be correct?+
No. Bill formats vary. BillShift shows the exact source lines behind every match so you can verify the result before speaking with your provider.
Does this replace contacting my provider?+
No. It turns two statements into a fact-based checklist. Only your provider can confirm account-specific pricing, promotions, credits, and corrections.
Why does the first version not send my bill to an AI model?+
Private billing data and model costs should not be introduced before the core comparison proves useful. The Canary uses deterministic matching first; an optional redacted explanation layer will only be tested after privacy and usage validation.
